How We Work
E.V.E. is an emerging nonprofit building a statewide movement for LGBTQIA+ visibility. Our first programs are in development now, with public launch planned for 2026. Everything we do is rooted in art, education, storytelling, and local leadership, creating simple ways for communities to gather, listen, and grow together.
Community Conversations
Guided story circles that bring LGBTQIA+ people and allies together for honest, human conversations. These small gatherings are hosted in libraries, churches, coffee shops, and local arts spaces.
They focus on listening, shared experience, and connection.

Youth Ambassador Program
A leadership program for LGBTQIA+ youth, especially in rural and underserved areas. Ambassadors receive mentorship, take part in workshops, and complete a local visibility project supported by a small microgrant.

Visibility Hub
A statewide directory connecting people to affirming healthcare, faith communities, local resources, and upcoming E.V.E. programs.

Harmony and Hope
A traveling concert and storytelling series that blends music with personal stories from LGBTQIA+ North Carolinians and their allies. Each event is shaped by local voices and held in welcoming community spaces.

Visibility Grants
Microgrants for artists, educators, organizers, and community leaders creating visibility projects in their towns. Grants support murals, small Pride events, storytelling work, classroom initiatives, and more.
